Welcome to participate in the online pre-conference IS THE WORLD REALLY BURNING OUT? CHALLENGES, OPPORTUNITIES, AND LESSONS OF COVID, organized by the Baltic Management Development Organization (BMDA) and International Management Institute “MIM-Kyiv”.

Burnouts have become one of the most painful implications of the COVID-19 pandemic. To cope with this and numerous other consequences, business leaders are adapting to the new world, inventing new rules, and instilling innovative business models.

At the Pre-Conference, internationally renowned experts will share their lessons on managing burnouts on the macro-, micro-, and individuals’ levels. Representatives of a country that successfully designed and implemented a holistic approach to fighting COVID-19 will present their experience, captains of industry will discuss how to keep motivations high and to prevent burnouts, and a Human Flourishing trainer will hold the meditation session for us.
